The basic weekend rate for four adults is $300/night plus a $100 cleaning fee.
Kids 4-14 count as half an adult.
For larger groups, add $25 per night per extra adult in party.
For couples with no kids, take off $25 per night ($275).
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights, take off $25 per night ($275).
(Yes, that means two people staying Monday-Wednesday pay $250/night.)
